Her Empire House provides digital and professional services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments made for services, consultations, branding, startup assistance, strategy sessions, and digital deliverables are non-refundable.
Once work has started, time, research, planning, consultation, and creative effort have already been invested into the client’s project.
